Who Uses PEFCO
You are within PEFCO's program eligibility if you are:
- Lender financing export loans eligible for the support of Ex-Im Bank.
- Exporter of goods and services of United States origin seeking to improve your lender's ability to finance your exports.
- Importer located outside the United States seeking to improve the financing terms of your imports of goods and services of United States origin.
- Investor seeking information about PEFCO ownership, management, financial condition and debt instruments
You are not within PEFCO's program eligibility if you are:
- Lender financing export loans not eligible for the support of Ex-Im Bank.
- Lender financing export loans that are eligible for the support of Ex-Im Bank but are not denominated in U.S. dollars. (PEFCO does not finance loans denominated in foreign currencies.)
- Lender, exporter or importer seeking an entity to provide risk mitigants or otherwise assume risks for loans not guaranteed by Ex-Im Bank.
- Exporter seeking a lender to provide export finance direct loans except for exporters of large-value products or contracts that are eligible for support from Ex-Im Bank under its Long-Term Guarantee.
- Importer seeking a lender to provide import financing or direct loans except for importers of large-value products or contracts that are eligible for support from Ex-Im Bank under its Long-Term Guarantee.
